And problems are not good to live with. I would seriously think about dumping him (on a civilised way, as long as you are still 'freinds'), as things usually don't get better with time, just the opposite. (sorry if it sounds like unrequested advice - it is unrequested, but GOOD, while coming from experience :)
Lovely sculptures you make, btw. You get the socks with that as well. Yeuch. Glad I'm a girl!

Most of the lads in the family have their own kilt outfits except DH who reckons they cost too much to buy, but considering the amount of times we've hired them for him, I reckon we could easily have bought him one by now, AND had change.

In response to:Prom de prom prom

£50 is good for a suit! I am, but not so realistic, you know what I mean:D ( her boobs were so pert she would have made me depressed about mine looking at them each day:)) She fits the market out there because they like that fanstasy element I think? A lot of the mermaid art I see from the states is similar.. I am glad you are selling them that is great..

In response to:It's been a while

Not a mermaid this time and the other one is now living in America (sent in trade again), all my stuff ends up over there for some reason. Why should you deal with her shit. I had a friend very similar to this one of yours, and yes I got sick of the bull as well. Needless to say, she is long gone and we don't even say hello anymore if we pass in the street

In response to:I'm A Bad Friend

".......her 6 year old son is seeing all these blokes come and go ......"

That is the saddest part. I get so angry when I see women who think the guy is 'The One' and bring him around the kids only to have it not work out. Kids get confused, they get hurt, they think it's their fault.

You are NOT a bad friend for thinking/feeling what you do.

In response to:I'm A Bad Friend

Wow, even with my rubbishy love life history, I might have a chance with your friend :))! Joking aside though, I think you're right that you do need to say something about all this to her. If she wants to be taken seriously by men as possible relationship material, jumping into bed with them at the first opportunity is not the best way to go about that!

In response to:I'm A Bad Friend

Give her a good slap. Theres only so much sympathy and empathy you can give one person, especially if shes isnt taking note of advice given to her.

In response to:I'm A Bad Friend

Ahhh... been there, done that, hopfully not doing it again later as I would rather pull out all my hair and set it on fire. Harsh, true, but I don't enjoy being subjected to stories of woe that revolve around a hand job in a taxi and ten billion sobbed 'why didn't he call's???' before she moved on to the next guy.
Don't feel too bad. I only wish I'd been able to stand up and tell her off like you're doing. I had to live with her and keep the peace... *shivers from bad memories*
Thanks for the friend invite by the way. :)

In response to:I'm A Bad Friend

well sometimes some friends get on your nerves and 12 men in 6 months????? thats a number...
We've got a tortoise that does all his bodily functions wherever he feels like and continually walks/podges through it - does that count?
